On October 19, 2022, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released an updated “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster to replace the EEOC’s previous poster “EEO is the Law” poster. Covered employers must post the updated poster immediately at workplaces and/or worksites. Noncompliance will result in a fine.

Also, make sure to use the version marked “(Revised 10/20/2022)” in the bottom right-hand corner on the second page of the poster. The version of the poster marked “(Revised 10/19/2022)” is not the correct version.

For more information about the poster and how to make the poster accessible for employee, please visit: “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” Poster | U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (eeoc.gov)
